I had earned my Bachelor of Law from Catholic University of Atma Jaya Jakarta and Master of Laws from the University of Western Sydney, New South Wales, Commonwealth of Australia. In my belief, education would help me broaden my knowledge in coherence with prior experience and to face future challenges. Currently, I am employed as a Legal Supervisor in PT. Smart Telecom where I had been assigned to the Operational Department of Legal Division in support of in-house clients’ commercial operations. The responsibilities includes legal drafting whether formulating uniformed (default) templates and/or composing single drafts, review, deviate and amend counterparty submitted drafts, negotiate terms and mitigate risks, troubleshoot deadlocked agreements with governmental and/or private entities. In my spare time, I am an Associate Partner of Sey Efradea & Co., Counsellor and Attorneys at Law, as a Corporate Counsel for few private companies and governmental entities. While studying overseas, I had the opportunity to work for Appen Pty., Ltd., as a Linguistic Transcriber for an audible communication software development program. The experience includes working with people of different nationalities, culture, and working ethics as well as colleagues from different projects.
