•Understanding of oil and gas business •Combined experience in corporate communications for a publicly-held multi-national, medium to large sized creative/media organization and/or PR agency. •Experienced in delivering consultancy to a high standard in one of the areas such as programme and project management procurement, IT, e-government, business process and analysis, organisational development (including HR), Public Relations, and financial management. •Knowledge of public sector market. Working extensively with one or more of Indonesia federal and local departments, agencies or NGOs and understand particular pressures, constraints and cultures. Have a distinctive role in identifying and securing new business. •Excellent spoken (presentation) and written communication skills. •Ability to transform business initiatives into communication projects.
