I am currently a third year student of the French Engineer School FIP Quimper, which specialises in the food industry. For the last three years I have been working as an apprentice in the society “Fleury Michon” which specialises in producing cooked dishes.
In both 2005 and 2006 I worked in the continuous improvement department. This sector strives to improve the standard of product quality, safety, hygiene and environmental awareness. Over the past two years I have been team manager and supervisor of thirty people. | |
