I'm looking for QA/QC Inspector or Welding Inspector as my activities/responsibilities below : - To study and understand Client Technical Specification ( Drawing, Procedure, Specification, Standard / Code ) - To perform Inspection and Test according to Project Quality Plan, Technical Specification, applicable Standard/Code and Procedure/Work Instruction. - To conduct Welder Qualification Test, Welding Procedure Qualification Test in accordance with Company's Specification and Standard/Code. - To control all variables of WPS before, during and after welding process to ensure that the weld of the welded joint comply to acceptance criteria of Company Specification and /or Standard / Code. - To conduct and /or monitoring Non Destructive Examination of welded joint as required by the Company's specification. - To conduct Pre and Post Weld Heat Treatment in accordance with Company's Specification. - To control Measuring and Testing Equipment ( MTE ) calibration and Document followed for those are using at shop. - To prepare and /or reviewed report for each item to be inspected, tested and documented in properly way. - Witness, review and evaluate the vendor's test, inspection result and record. - Prepare inspection release certificate after final inspection.
