As an UK Graduate in International Business and Management, I have developed wide interest in Marketing, Finance, and Human Resources. However, it is marketing that attracts me more due to the concept of customer satisfaction. I believe that company’s missions and goals can be achieved by finding customers’ needs, wants, and demands accurately and then trying to fulfil them. I am interested in becoming an Assistant Marketing Manager because it involves interpersonal, analytical, and leadership skills in which I believe that they are part of my competitive advantage. My employment experience as a cashier, sales executive, and HR officer have made me understand the importance of interpersonal and communication skills in understanding customers’ needs, communicating with customers and colleagues, and building an effective and efficient team work. In addition, my background as an Undergraduate in Industrial Engineering and experience as a Management Information System researcher have helped me to develop strong analytical skills which will support me in designing and executing strategic plans.
