• Downloads various source files from the various servers in Production. • Transmits finished reports to clients in however way they prefer. • E-mails clients to confirm the receipt of source files or instructions/requests or transmittal notifications for reports. • Logs in various Department records, downloaded source files, or transmittal reports properly. • Coordinates with the various Departments for implementation of basic client concerns, requests, and instructions. • Keeps abreast of new updates on client profiles, performances, and changes. • Answers the U.S. phones whenever the Production Supervisor is either busy or in absent and addresses basic concerns. • Performs other related duties as may be required from time to time.
