I have more than eight years of experience in various phases of software development life cycle, including inception, elaboration, construction and transition phase. I had experience of developing software using various methodologies like agile development (XP and SCRUM), rational unified process, iterative development, water fall etc. I had played many roles in, different size and type of team. I have workable knowledge of fund management and rating system, client relation management system (CRM), material requirement planning (MRP), inventory management, trade booking system and order schedule system. I have good domain knowledge in developing email application, Collaboration suite and workflow/Rule engines. I am comfortable working with different kind of team, management and client. I have good communication and interpersonal skills. Understanding of design patterns, messaging patterns and designing of system according to project need and budget is what I am trying to learn/master.
