I am currently working as PA to two Directors in the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC NI)and I would really like to relocate to Indonesia, having friends there and having travelled there in 2006. I would apply for work visa if i was successful in securing a position. I’m looking for a challenging position which would offer my both career and personal development. I have excellent communications skills both written and verbal and can communicate with people at all levels. I have well developed organisational skills and the ability to interpret complex processes with sound judgement and can make decisions without reference, with confidence to handle day – to – day problems proactively using my own initiative. I have proven ability to operate successfully within time constraints and have extensive experience of working with senior committees and boards including preparation of agenda/papers, taking minutes and initiating any follow up action. I have excellent keyboard and computer skills with experience of Microsoft Office and Outlook including effectively managing dairies in an ever changing environment with competing priorities. Working in hospital and the media environments I understand the importance of confidentially. I have a pleasant personality with the ability to work collaboratively with others and have the resilience to keep smiling even under extreme pressure.
