My career journey has led me to specialize increasingly in the management of complex multi-business projects at local and international levels. I have experiences in: strategic forward-planning; operating number of companies within the tight financial disciplines imposed by ambitious budgets which I have helped to plan; methodical administration to deadlines; and the application of modern leadership methods (management level and sub ordinate motivation and involvement in both decision-making and target-setting, clarity in communication, and easy personal inter-relations). My own cosmopolitan background and analytical interests in other type of business, have also left me confident in handling negotiations to other party outside and grass roots in the company that require the reconciliation of different type of business to otherwise common problems. I'm looking for new challenge carrier on Management level or senior position in any enterprise specifically on General Management field which include (Human Resource, Finance services, project development etc).
