Customer Service Representative ( Ladies only for Location : Indonesia/Jakarta)
Job Profile and Description:
A Customer Service Representative (CSR) primary job function is to entails selling or introducing represented products to established clients, in close conjunction with field sales & application engineers. Customer interfacing includes handling requests for quotations, lead times, order placement, expediting, or changes, the building of quotations, writing orders and communicating pertinent information proactively back to customers. Additionally, a CSR handles the project execution actions and overall coordination of these service activities between the manufacturer and field sales & application support team
Responsibilities:
• Reporting to the Sales Manager, the successful candidate will work closely with the Sales
Engineer, Field Application Engineer & Product Marketing team in implementing demand creation strategies for the assigned product lines.
• Coordinating with internal customer service & buyer for status of orders to manufacturers in ensuring the delivery commitment to clients is met.
• Cooperating with Sales & Application team to determine strategic approaches for sales & technical support
• Maintaining and expanding the database of prospects of the organization.
• Handling cancellations or changes in sales order and communicating the changes with
the related departments.
• Emphasizing service or product features and benefits, discussing credit terms, quoting
prices, and preparing sales order reports or forms.
Requirements:
• Degree or Diploma holder with 2~3 years relevant experience, preferably in Electronics / Computer Science / Management Information System / Marketing or Business related field
• Proficient in common computer & internet software tools such as MS Word, Power Point, Excel and Outlook
• Self motivated, organized, able to work independently, and a team player with good verbal & written communication and presentation skills
• Out-going personalities, highly energetic and self-starter with keen interest in learning a wide range of products and applications
• Systematic approach to multi-task the fast-paced activities with shifting priorities
• Active written English & minimal passive spoken English
