We are looking for an Assistant for one of our Directors, to help with finding out information on local markets as well as liaising with the local administration and authorities.
This position will include, but is not limited to the following responsibilities:
- Researching potential markets in Indonesia for our clients (as per their requests),
- liaising with local businesses / organizations
- keeping business correspondence with local contacts
- compiling reports in English of the findings and progress
- business trips (in Indonesia) to gather information from local sources
- completing fact finding objectives as specified by the Manager / Director
- and others to be determined by the Director
This position is based in our corporate residence in Jakarta.
Working hours are from 9am until 5pm or as requested by the manager.
Potential candidates must be:
- fluent in English / Bahasa Indonesia,
- based in Jakarta,
- have proficient knowledge of MS Office
- have a high level of communication skills, as well as be detail orientated and very thorough.
- knowledge of other languages is a plus, as well as having previous experience in lasing with local government authorities in Indonesia.
Starting remuneration: 5 000 000 - 6 000 000 IDR \ month.
1 month trial, followed by a 3 month contract if successful.
