Manage and operate the companies contracts with Brunei LNG, etc. In the Kingdom or Brunei Darussalam.
The Job requires the ability to manage, all forms of catering from Seminars, Dinners, Tea. Floor restaurants/canteen operations as well.
He has to be able to to handle the following roles:
Financial Management
Hotel Banquet and Event Orders
Food Court Vendor Management
Kitchen Management
Service Staff Management
He has to be able to provide weekly reports to the Managing Director.
Adequate knowledge on costing and portioning is required.
Required to have at least 2-4 years experience. And is fluent in English & Bahasa.
