Job Description and Requirement:
15-20 years experience, requiring specialized design experience in LNG, LPG, and NGL gas processing plants; must be able to speak and write good English
Other services and specialist input anticipated by the Client are as follows:
1. Develop and design process related activities
2. Develop, review and assess the quality/completeness of PFD’s and P&ID’s
3. Conduct or participate in HAZOP and What IF reviews
4. Ensure adherence to national & international Oil & Gas industry codes / standards
5. Supervise / coordinate / assess process engineering functions (Client’s & Contractor’s)
6. Confirm that the conceptual design work undertaken by the Client or by contractors will provide intended solution to the problems or, otherwise, determine changes that may be required
7. Provide input wrt the variety and type of engineering deliverables required for the Client to accomplish its technical and commercial objectives related to minor and major projects
8. Perform other discipline specific specialist studies
9. Review / Assess / Perform process calculations, sizing and simulations using a variety of steady state and dynamic simulators (for example HYSYS, PIPESYS, heat exchangers etc…) as required
10. Liaise with a variety of EPC contractors, vendors and fabricators to resolve process issues
11. Provide specialized process support and necessary technical design clarifications to Operations group at the Client’s operating and offshore FPU plants
While being based in Jakarta office, you will also possibly be required to work in the Client’s facilities, Operations Area, Contractors’ offices, Offshore facilities and contractors’ worksites depending on the project requirement.
