Our restaurant has been operating for six years. A very busy popular eatery for tourists and expats alike, situated on the beach in Seminyak Bali. We are currently looking for an expatriot to fill the position of head chef, immediate start.

Job Location: Lanai restaurant bar & grille is a beachfront alfresco dining establishment popular with tourists and expats alike, situated on the busy vibrant Seminyak beach area of Bali.
Featuring a unique menu that reflects the broad local and international market and influences, Lanai has built a superior reputation for its cuisine and service, with its original menu and fresh locally sourced ingredients.
Required Qualifications/Skills: The successful applicant must have the necessary qualifications with at least 2-5 yrs experience, and will head up a fully trained hard working team.
Knowledge of Indonesian /western cuisine and language skills would be an added advantage.
This position is inclusive of work visa and accommodation, and ready for immediate start.
Responsibilities: In the role of Executive Head Chef your responsibilities will include:
• Helping to direct, control and coordinate the activities of junior chefs and kitchen attendants engaged in preparing and cooking food, to ensure an efficient, profitable and smooth food service at all times.
• Producing and checking cooking and presentation of food.
• Monitoring kitchen operating costs and taking corrective action when necessary to reduce expenses.
Salary Range: Salary: AUD$3000/month
