Company description:
Red Canopy was stablished in 2002.
Our Café was originally based in Kuala Belait as the café supporting Sentosa Hotel (Opposite the Kuala Belait Market) under the name Syazana Café and Shook’s Pool & Café. The food at both Syazana and Shook’s Pool, had been well known for its Asian/Western Ala’Carte Dishes, as well as our Asian Buffet Caterings (Both In-Dining and Out-Dining). We also provided catering and house keeping for all Training activities held at MMS Centre, Sungai Liang.
In October 2005, we have opened a current branch at Batu Besurat, then changed the name Red Canopy Café. Our dining food is mixture of dishes from Asian, Western and Latin Inspriations, making us a Fusion Café/Restaurant.
In February 2007, we were awarded the contract for operating the HSBC, Business Processing Centre in Jerudong. HSBCs facilities currently hold 250 staff which we provide canteen services for from Monday to Saturday.
On 1st June 2009, we have commenced our contract with Brunei LNG, where we provide catering services for 500 Shell Employees and 1000 contractors and Tea Lady Services.
We currently have operations in the line of Hotel Banquet, Tea Lady, Cafe, Canteen and Caterings, in the country of Brunei Darussalam.
Our staff numbers now from 50 - 100 staff.

1. Able to prepare and cook Asian Cuisines for both Ala Carte and Catering
2. Basic knowledge in Food & Hygine for the Kitchen

To provide waitering service at our restaurant for up to 60 pax. Able to recommend meals in both english and bahasa.
Education in Hotel Restaurant Management, Diploma, minimum requirement.
Salary range from 2.0mln rupiah to 3.0mln rupiah |

Manage and operate the companies contracts with Brunei LNG, etc. In the Kingdom or Brunei Darussalam.
The Job requires the ability to manage, all forms of catering from Seminars, Dinners, Tea. Floor restaurants/canteen operations as well.
He has to be able to to handle the following roles:
Financial Management
Hotel Banquet and Event Orders
Food Court Vendor Management
Kitchen Management
Service Staff Management
He has to be able to provide weekly reports to the Managing Director.

This is for bakers position in our facility for Brunei LNG here in Brunei Darussalam.
The Canopy Catering, the catering arm of Red Canopy Group, current operate the Catering and Tea & Coffee Services at Brunei LNG (operated by Shell).
He/She will be expected to bake a wide variety of pasteries. A list is to be provided with their application, such as loaf breads, buns, baguettes, donuts, crosants, etc.
He/She will be required to produce the pasteries and breads for all outlets.
