PT Maxgain International Futures is one of official member, company that working in Futures Trading in Indonesia, member of The Jakarta Futures Exchange No SPAB - 038 / BBJ / 10 / 00 date 26 October 2000, member of the Indonesian Derivatives Clearing No. 10 / AK ¨C KJBK / I / 2001 date 10 January 2001. and already get working permit from BAPPEBTI (Badan Pengawas Perdagangan Berjangka Komoditi) No. 04/BAPPEBTI/SI/XII/2000, date 08 December 2000 as official company that working in Futures Trading that located in Republic Indonesia, accordingly to RI Rules no.32 year 1997 about Commodity Futures Trading.

Futures Trading Function is the place where the price Discovery because the transaction being execute as Open Outcry. All at once can be used as the Transfer Risk from the price fluctuation.

Mengelola Jaminan (melalui uang tunai atau Bank Garansi) dan menetapkan besarnya jaminan (Margin).
Manage the assurance (trough cash or Bank Guarantee) and stated the amount of the assurance (margin)
• Subsitusi / Substitution
Dalam transaksi Perdagangan Berjangka, penjual atau pembeli tidak perlu mengkhawatirkan Bonafiditas atau Likuiditas mitra dagangnya. Lembaga kliring selain mengambil alih tanggung jawab penjual dan pembeli, juga menjamin performance masing-masing pihak yang sudah terdaftar sebagai anggota.
Inside Futures Trading transactions, seller and buyer no need to be worried the prestige or the liquidity with their trading partner. Clearing House besides taking over the responsibility of the seller and Buyer, also guarantee the performance each of side that already registered as member.
