MDF Training & Consultancy is a worldwide operating management training and consultancy organisation with the aim to contribute to improved management of organisations responsible for policy formulation, funding or implementation of development interventions. A broker in organisation & management knowledge relevant for development and a facilitator between the various stakeholders responsible for keeping the development processes going – that is how we perceive our role. As expressed in our motto ‘Our world is about people’, MDF believes that people are the key to success.
MDF employs 95 staff members and has regional offices in Sri Lanka, Brussels, Tanzania, Vietnam, D.R. Congo, Ghana, Bosnia, Bolivia and since 2009: Pacific Indonesia (MDF-PI). Our new branch in Indonesia (on Bali), is currently recruiting a number of staff for various positions to implement the MDF training programmes, consulting services and projects.
