Our new intellectualized headquarters with a total area of 19,000 square meters is under construction in Jinqiao Export Processing Zone. Subsidiaries affiliated to Dingxin Group are: Shanghai Tsingshan International Trading Company specialized in stainless steel product trading in local and overseas markets; Shanghai Tsingshan Mineral Company dedicated to the stainless steel raw material related import, export and local businesses; Fujian Dingxin Industrial Company with 300,000 tpy ferro-nickel new project under construction; Shanghai Zhongshan Special Steel Company which is now building up one new stainless steel seamless pipe plant in Shanghai Fengxian Dingxin Stainless Steel Industry Park; Shanghai Irestal Stainless Steel Pipe Company which is a joint venture with Irestal Group in Spain and is constructing now one stainless steel welded pipe plant in Dingxin Stainless Steel Industry Park.
